All that cared have left him and so he sits alone.
Those who said they’d not forget him keep to the path they were shown.
He once tread a path with many but now he is one alone.
All he had ever wanted has been gone a century it seems.
Everything he once loved haunts his lonely dreams.
I would walk along with him but my ways are mine alone.
And he would walk with me but the fates say differently.
So in the light he walks where he is shown.
And I in the darkness for now and eternity.
Forever we will be one, forever to walk alone.
